How to complain about the service you have received from the Ethics and Integrity Commission.
If you are not satisfied with how you have been dealt with by us, please make your complaint in writing and either: email it to: [email protected] or send it by post to: Ethics and Integrity Commission, G07, 1 Horse Guards Road London SW1A 2HQ. We will acknowledge receipt of your complaint within 5 working days and we will send you a full reply within 20 working days of receipt. If we cannot send a full reply within that timescale, we will tell you the reason why and let you know when we will be able to reply in full. Your complaint will be dealt with in line with the Cabinet Office Complaints Procedure
