Ewen Fergusson speaks at LGSCO code launch
We were delighted to attend the LGSCO event on 26 March (to launch their Complaint Handling Code). Thank you to the LGSCO for inviting commission member Ewen Fergusson to speak about our new Public Sector Ombudsman Review. Ewen shared how our review will explore whether public service ombudsman schemes should play an enhanced role in investigating systemic issues before they escalate and supporting public bodies to instigate swift and meaningful improvements to public services.
The Ombudsman Review’s call for evidence remains open until 30 April 2026.
